We try to price competitively and yet deliver more features and better quality of fit and finish than the average tiny home builder. There are some very good builders out there but there are many who are jumping in to make a quick buck off of a “new trend”.
Just to give you a glimpse into the cost of building a Tiny House, let me provide some quick stats:
Another option for those who are more intuitive is the unfinished or “shell” option. The shell option is when we build the house and finish it completely on the exterior and then allow the client to finish the interior themselves at their own pace. This saves a lot of money for those who have the skills to do it. However if the client does not have the time or skills to do it themselves it generally costs more to have it finished on site later by other contractors. We do not sell them unfinished on the exterior. It will come painted and have all the roofing, siding, windows, and doors installed.
We can build up to 34′ long tiny houses on bumper pull trailers and up to 41′ long on gooseneck trailers. The 24′ and larger are available with double lofts.
