Tiny house with cedar siding

Here are some pics of a tiny home shell that we built. The clients are going to finish out the interior. This is a great option to save money for someone who has the ability to do some of the interior finishes themselves. This one comes with the exterior completed and the wiring, plumbing and spray foam installed. Call for more info and pricing.

I am in CA and we have about one acre where we are considering six tiny homes as rental units on our property. If we were interested in acquiring six tiny homes
and I am able to finish them myself what would be the cost per home? and how much to finish them to a live in condition?

I have a septic system that can take more input and with our own well we have unlimited water…..the setting is within a beautiful vineyard and It seems like a great idea for our area of high rents and poor living spaces…….

When you purchase a tiny home what type of financing is available…..etc.

Brian, thanks for your interest. There are many things to consider when talking about a project like yours. It sounds like a great idea. Would you mind if I called you to discuss? Or you can call me anytime.

      Thanks! Doug
